How many lies can Hubbard Hospital buy?

On Sept 4 I sent the following email to Brent Tuttle, IT Director at Hubbard Hospital.

Mr. Tuttle:

Attached is a copy of the report filed with the Webster Police Dept. with statements from Amy Stanley and Paula Bigelow. They falsely reported that my sister Arlene Mulley, did not have access to the Internet from computers at Hubbard Hospital.

I am forwarding you e-mail received from Arlene with the entire header to each message, with the IP highlighted. My sister openly states that she did, indeed have access to the Internet from the hospital computer. Therefore, Ms. Stanley and Ms. Bigleow have given false information to the Webster Police, and in the process have inflicted irreparable harm on an innocent person.

I urge the attorneys at Hubbard Hospital to remedy this blatant abuse of law enforcement immediately.

I forwarded most of the email I received from my sister from computers at Hubbard Hospital. I copied these to Director of Patient Care, Paula Bigelow and Assistant Administrator J. Mazzoni.

Hubbard Hospital attorneys instructed employees Paula Bigelow and Amy Stanley to LIE to the Webster Police by stating that Arlene Mulley did not have Internet access at work. I have hard evidence proving otherwise, including her own written words and the IP identification on her email. Paula Bigelow's automatic response confirms the message was sent from a Hubbard IP.

Just how many lies does Hubbard hospital intend to tell? How far are they willing to go in exposing their flagrant dishonesty to the public?

Hubbard Hospital already proved they are capable of perjury by giving the police false information. Everyone knows that is is possible to literally get away with murder in this country, if you have enough MONEY. Hubbard Hospital and their $$$ lawyers can certainly get away with lying, and if they do, what does this convey to the public? How can patients trust a hospital that will stoop to this lowly level of corruption to protect an employee using hospital computers for harassment and abuse simply because they
need someone with her credentials on staff?

One of my sister's email boasts that she has 4 yrs of college under her belt and extols her many certificates of achievement in health care, which she claims makes her more CREDIBLE than I. She ended with "How many letters after your name? none, high school ed retard.. hahhaha".. I reminded her that there are people with MD's who are convicted serial killers, therefore, I am not impressed by her credentials in relation credibility. Once upon a time, credibility meant being truthful enough to be believable. Today it means how much money and influence one possesses to twist and manipulate lies into something people will swallow as credible, regardless of its veracity. There are still people intelligent enough to recognize truth when they see it. I have faith that a jury will be able to tell the difference, regardless of how many lies Hubbard Hospital's money can buy.

A Travesty of Justice

For months I was deluged with abusive, threatening e-mail and made subject of blogs and websites constructed by an employee of Hubbard Hospital. The employee was my sister, whom I have not seen for over 7 years. She obtained a restraining order against me through a perjured affidavit in which she falsely claims she saw me following her in Douglas, MA where she resides. I live 100 miles away and have not been able to drive more than a few miles from home since 2004. She claimed I threatened her with bodily harm. This is a physical impossibility. I am so frail that a small child could easily overpower me. She has since vacated this order, but not before her abuse of the Court and law enforcement as her personal weapons have caused me to suffer extreme degree of personal harm- physically and emotionally and financially. Through her criminal act of perjury, she has inflicted permanent severe injury, with Hubbard Hospital acting as her co-conspirators.

I am not her only victim. (Read Declaration of writer Rich Bergeron).

I was forced to get an unlisted phone number due to her daily abusive and threatening messages. When she could not reach me by phone, she escalated her Internet attack through blogs and websites traced back to the IP of Hubbard Hospital. Time stamps on her website postings matched her work schedule and the e-mail with the Hubbard IP. (Read E-mail and website) (blog)

I had no choice but to seek relief of this abuse from Hubbard Hospital, where the e-mail originated. There was no mistaking the source of this abuse, as my sister boasted about using the computer at Hubbard Hospital in many of her missives. I also verified the IP in e-mail communication with their ISP (read here) I had all documentation authenticating the e-mail came from Hubbard Hospital. When my sister was informed of my call, she immediately reported this as a violation of her restraining order, which it was not. The order did NOT prohibit me from contacting her place of employment, and her harassment was certainly a legitimate reason to do so. To my utter disbelief, rather than put a stop to this, Hubbard Hospital attorneys told their employees to LIE to the police. Read the false information employees gave to the Webster Police Dept. There is more to this nightmare that caused my physical collapse in August 7 when I was forced to appear before the Clerk Magistrate in Dudley District Court. If this complaint is not WITHDRAWN IMMEDIATELY by the Webster Police Department, which the attorneys for Hubbard Regional Hospital are surely in a position to accomplish, I will be forced to appear in Dudley District Court again, a 5 hour car trip. I was fortunate that my landlord and landlady drove me to this hearing. They have been first hand witnesses to the physically and emotionally devastating trauma this flagrant travesty has inflicted upon me.

Hubbard Hospital in Webster knowingly and INTENTIONALLY instructed Paula Bigelow and Amy Stanley to lie to the Webster Police. Every prospective patient of Hubbard Regional Hospital should consider this egregiously injurious, criminal behavior and ask themselves if this is the kind of institution they want providing their medical care.

"Ms. Stanley and Ms. Bigelow stated that Lucille Iacoveli attempted to file a complaint against Ms. Mulley, claiming Ms. Mulley was using Hospital email to send her malicious messages and that Ms. Mulley was using Hospital computers set up malicious web sites. Both Ms. Stanly and Ms. Bigelow found Ms. Iacovelli's complaints baseless because Ms. Mulley doesn't have computer access at the Hospital." (link to page 2)

On June 20 I spoke with Nursing Supervisor Amy Stanley about malicious and threatening e-mail I received from my sister, Arlene Mulley which originated from the the IP address at Hubbard Hospital. By her own admission, my sister had been sending the disturbing email and publishing malicious websites during her shift at Hubbard Hospital. Tracking of the IP and time stamps on the website postings validate that she did, indeed, compose, publish and send this material from a computer at Hubbard hospital. I asked that Arlene's Internet use be investigated in hope that this upsetting harassment would cease. Ms. Stanley told me to leave a message on the voicemail of Director of Patient Care, Paula Bigelow, describing the situation. Ms. Stanley assured me that Paula Bigelow would investigate the matter upon her return the following week.

I am astonished to find that she and Paula Bigelow reported to the Webster Police that my sister did not have access to the Internet. This is a lie and I have the tracking information AND my sister's own written words stating that she was at work and sending her messages from the hospital computer.

I left a message on the voice mail of Director of Patient Care, Paula Bigelow, providing the same information I related to Ms. Stanley, as Ms. Bigelow was not in that day.

The one and only time I actually spoke with Paula Bigelow was on July 1. The conversation went like this:

PB: Hi, this is Paula. May I help you?

Me: My name is Lucile Iacoveli. Arlene is my sister. I spoke with the nursing supervisor about her Internet use...

PB: Lucille I have to tell you that when you called and left a message last time I did investigate, and your sister isn't even on our e-mail system. She isn't even entered into the system.

Me: Her e-mail address is different, but the IP address generating her e-mail is that of the hospital's computer.

PB: According to our IT people that's.. there is nothing we can do about this. I don't know what to tell you.

Me: Well, have I have something to tell you. I am disabled and I just received....

PB: (interrupting) I'm sorry, I don't mean to seem uncaring, but this really doesn't have anything to do with her employment here. She's an excellent employee, I don't have any issues with her..

Me: Excuse me..

PB: (talking right over me) ...and you really need to take this up with the Webster Police Department and I really have nothing more to say..

Me: (trying to get a word in edgewise).. Excuse me..

PB: (plowing right over me) I'm sorry, I'm really going to have to hang up.

And she did.

My sister obtained her restraining order through a perjured affidavit. She knew I would not be able to attend the hearing in Uxbridge which was scheduled less than 24 hours after the order was served. Hubbard Hospital employees wilfully gave false information to the Webster Police, thus inflicting severe physical and emotional harm upon someone in a fragile physical condition.

Amy Stanley.. Paula Bigelow... I have one question for you. How do you sleep at night knowing you deliberately LIED? Amy Stanley and Paula Bigelow...does your conscience trouble you about giving false information to the Webster Police? Amy Stanley sounded like a very kind and compassionate person when I spoke with her. I cannot say the same about Paula Bigelow, who trampled over my every word.

You say my sister did not have access to the Internet at Hubbard Hospital. Arlene claims your statements are not true.. She claims that she did , indeed have free use of the computer and Internet access, boasts about composing all her malicious websites and email from work, and the IP on her e-mail proves this is true. Here is the perpetrator stating in email that she is guilty of sending the harassing messages from a computer at Hubbard Hospital, yet you told the police she could not have done so! She also elaborates about her co-workers at Hubbard hospital "laughing their asses off" at my posting her e-mail and phone messages on the blog Evil Sister. She repeatedly sent me e-mail from the Hubbard Hospital IP confirming her publishing websites and blogs containing despicable lies in disgusting language, accompanied by taunts like "I'm at work, do something about it" and "Do something about it , fat ass". She repeatedly sent me e-mail stating that she and her co-workers were "waiting " for me to post something new for them to laugh about. There is no mistaking her aggressive and repeated statements that she was at work, using the computer at Hubbard hospital to generate this material.

I have all the digital signatures proving her email originates from the Hubbard Hospital IP. How can you lie about something so easily proven false? How, and more importantly WHY is Hubbard Hospital condoning .. or even forcing its employees to LIE about something that can be proven false with cold, hard evidence?

What kind of administration at Hubbard Hospital conspires to allow its employees to submit false information to law enforcement, and thus commit a criminal offense? Is this deception just the tip of an iceberg of duplicity by which this hospital operates? This is serious food for thought which patients ought to consider with care.
